They didn't carry these kinds of boxes but happened to have a couple of them stored away that someone returned in their truck. They kindly gave me both boxes free of charge and wished me luck with my move. Such warmth and kindness!”

“Went in to see about getting a new cotter pin trailer hitch for my vehicle. I walked in and told the guy what I needed. He asked me a few questions and then took me exactly to what I needed. He asked a few more questions and then ended up telling me that my cotter pin and bolt can be re used until it shows signs of wear. With some muscle and effort, I was able to get the cotter pin off when I'm not towing.”

“Went to U-Haul how to short weight I to get a trailer they sold me a ball for my hitch and they mounted the trailer onto my truck wham bam thank you ma'am I was on the road. When I returned they took the trailer off and put it back in its place they even digitally gave me a receipt and I was done it was great very smooth process.”

“Mr. Gary is nice, corteous, and easy to deal with. Rules and options has been stated as clear as daylight and we clould not have ask a better unit around town if it weren't for him. Unfortunately, we have to move further away from the unit cause we moved to a house. Otherwise, I highly recommend west coast storage.”
