“My best friends mother moved in here in october and she just loves it. The security is great making her feel safe all the time. The grounds are clean and well kept as well as the garbage areas. Its gated and a passcode is needed for entry. Also it's a nonsmoking property as well.”
“I did a tour with Kaspian today and she was friendly, knowledgeable and very kind and there was a blind guy walking when we walked by, he tripped and she ran to help him and make sure he was okay. Kaspian was even picking up trash on the way to the apartment, I have never seen a manager do this! Kaspian seemed to know every person by name who greeted her, she even gave me a snack when my service dog alerted to my drop in blood sugar. I cannot wait to apply and live here!”

“Been living here for a year and the community is pleasant. The pool is nice, the gym is below average, but overall I came here for the living layout and nice area. Things are clean and well kept, a few maintenance issues since we’ve been here but the time frames have been reasonable and the team is always friendly.”
“Have a car parked in my space #36 have called signal 3 times they are supposed to at least sticker the car called at about 10:30PM, on 02/20/2024 and 07:30 AM and 01:00 pm on 01/22/2024 and have received no response....this is ridiculous especially since the handicapped spaces are occupied and getting around with a walker is still difficult for Becky”

“I have lived here for almost two years now and I enjoy it so much. The staff communicates really well. I love the availability of the pool and hot tub, not that I often use it. Overall such a great place to live. Best feature in my opinion is the fireplace for cozy winters.”

“The folks on the maintenance crew at Slate Ridge are all amazing! I called the office today with an after hours service request and Ben was swift to show up (in the rain no less). He was super helpful and quickly addressed the issue!”
