“Better late than never. I was in and purchased a 2026 Kia EV9 in September. Wasn't hassled when my wife and I first walked onto the lot. Was able to peruse their EV9 and EV6 vehicles. Walked into the lobby and was greeted by Lucas. He asked if we had an appointment to which we did not. He was johnny on the spot and worked with us. He was very courteous and professional. He helped us look over a couple of EV9's that we had seen on their website. He was very knowledgeable with their electric vehicles. We talked numbers and we were able to get a fair deal. Upon completing our purchase Lucas was able to walk us through some of the features within the vehicle prior to us leaving. Through the last 3 months of owning our Kia, we've been really happy with how it has performed for us. We're currently experiencing a really minor issue related to the driver side seat and debating about making the trek down to Dick Hannah's service or bite the bullet and visit the local Kia dealership shop.”

“I took my 2015 Miata to Mackin's after I bumped another Miata on a club run, when they started to take off from a stop sign, then had to slam on their brakes, when a car suddenly appeared. A delivery truck on the side of the road was blocking their view. I had just started to pull up, and bumped them. It was my first at fault accident in 52 years of driving.
They did a beautiful job matching the paint, and with the whole repair. You can't even tell it was ever damaged. They replaced the bumper cover and parts under it, including repair to a radiator bracket. It took a month, due to insurance taking their time to approve additional repairs, and then having to wait for the parts once approved.
The staff was great and immediately responded to questions and kept me informed. I chose them based on reviews and the estimate, it was the highest, but they were the only ones to include replacing the PPF bra on the car. They were not on my insurance companies list, another reason I chose them. I wanted them to work for me, not the insurance company. They did.
I took it in to them after it was finished because somewhere it got paint transfer on the bumper while we were waiting for the paint to cure before replacing the bra. They brought out a buffer and polish paste and luckily it came right off. The bra was replaced last week.
If ever necessary, I will definitely bring any my cars to them again.

I ordered an intercooler and charge pipes for someone installing them in their car, next day the customer had changed their mind the next morning.
I emailed the sales team if they could stop half the order and they were quick with it!
Toward the end of the day the customer changed their mind completely and didnt want the custom intercooler:/ sales team was on my side and was able to do a return 2 times in one day and saved my tookis! Now im not saying to expect to a free restocking fee,
BUT what i am saying is they were fast responsive and understanding! There are horror stories about getting ghosted or ignored or at the very least slow respondince when dealing with a company you havnt gone with before. These guys were great!”
