“Every time I come in, I always have a positive experience. On my most recent visit, my jeep’s CEL came on, and it started running really rough on Mill Plain, so I quickly pulled in and they scanned the code for me. The gentlemen helping me (Bryson? I forgot to write his name down) not only explained what the code meant, but what I would need to buy to fix the issue. I had to wait a little while between initially entering the store and him being able to come out with the code reader (which I was more than OK with, I know why this policy is in place), and all five or six customers that he helped while I waited, were treated with the utmost respect. He was very friendly and kind, energetic, and definitely knowledgeable.
I’ve had several positive experiences before this one, including another gentleman who helped me with a battery issue, and a young lady who helped me with some parts. Definitely recommend this location.”
“I took my 10 year old iPad to Batteries+ and they replaced it within a two days! I'm very pleased. I had taken it to a service business on Hayden Island and after a month, they still could not get the right battery (they ordered the wrong one first). Nor did they ever get the right battery or install it! And commutation fro Batteries+ was great. Got no communications from the other place.”

I had previously went to get one on my own - ended up with the wrong battery and spent way too long trying to replace it before coming to these guys. One gas cap cleared all three codes. They had what i needed on site. $17 later i was on my way problem solved.”
