“Delores was such a refreshing delight during my super dreary and rainy move-in week to the PNW! My dad I both got a great impression from her and the facility that she manages. She showed me a unit that made it easiest to move my stuff in and out and close to the elevator. Delores went through all of the nitty gritty details that come with renting a storage facility and provided several payment term options which I appreciated. The moving carts are super helpful that they provide and the building is super clean. There is plenty of parking for easy in and out as well. I appreciate that you are able to easily email or call the location as well for any questions. Highly recommend this location and facility! The staff definitely left a great impression which made me feel comfortable storing my extra misc items here until I have more room in my living space.”
“Mr. Gary is nice, corteous, and easy to deal with. Rules and options has been stated as clear as daylight and we clould not have ask a better unit around town if it weren't for him. Unfortunately, we have to move further away from the unit cause we moved to a house. Otherwise, I highly recommend west coast storage.”

“I find them wonderful to work with. The property is kept clean and pest free, and pleasant in appearance. I love the flowers in the spring thru fall and then holiday at appropriate time. They always have supplies we may need and omg! a nice clean bathroom! Ihave stored here for a ridiculously long time and I don’t see that changing for any reason. Special thanks to Tony and Bryce. I always leave or hang up the phone with a smile!”
“We used Storage Works to help us during a move to a new house. They were very friendly and accommodating. Getting into the unit was very simple and we felt that our belongings were very safe due to the security gate and code to enter the facility. Prices were also very reasonable for the unit we rented. We will return in the future when we need their services again.”

“Hassle free in and out. Paid online, all provided codes worked properly. Map to the unit was helpful in finding it, even with the sun being down when we arrived. Only needed to use the unit for a day or two. No pro-rating but the price was decent and really the convenience of everything working properly and the on site manager checking in and being so helpful and kind made it worth. Corporate customer service was much more impersonal but they do have pretty expansive hours for their phones so it all balances out. I do suggest trying to deal with the in site over customer service for more clear and concise interactions.”

I’ve rented with them for almost three years and store holiday decorations as well as some furniture that I’m not using right now.
The office is organized and they provide boxes and locks for purchase. I look forward to continuing to rent with them.”
