We just had John redesign my current wedding ring to add a new diamond. He was attentive, listened to me while helping guide me in the direction my mind was already going (I just didn’t recognize it), and gave suggestions to help me feel the most comfortable with this change. All of the staff are wonderful and honest, and they are quick with turnarounds. I will always recommend Jeffrey’s Jewelers for any jewelry needs!!!
My mom has been coming here for many years, so of course I followed suit. They have taken such great care of my jewelry. They are quick, efficient, affordable, and do a wonderful job with every service they provide. I just picked up my wedding ring from getting fused together and it looks amazing and so clean! Looks like the day I bought it. All of the staff and the owners are kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. And their dog is so sweet! “The people and service are excellent. I bought my wife a necklace for Christmas. It was to replace a necklace that had a pendant on it. The person that assisted me with the purchase was very helpful. When I was unable to get the pendant on the necklace, Laurens got it on for me. I expected to have to pay but they did it free of charge. This is the type of customer service that is missing nowadays. I will be back. Patronize your local small business.”

“So this is the second store. The frist store was at a place (store at BMI) where they didn't speak english. Sold me the wrong size and their policy was no return or exchange. There goes $300 down the drain.However LA Venezuelans was the best. She let me try on different styles and I was very picky. I had a short torso, wanted opening at the bottle and more. She found the perfect fit. If your planning on getting a tummy tuck with liposuction and breast, just go here, save yourself time and money. I WILL BE BACK TO GET MY NEXT Size down. Thank you.”

The owner who was on the phone hung up immediately to attend to me and took the time to test the gold content in my bangles. He was very gracious and gave me free testing.
