“This is a good facility and with a great staff. The location is convenient and the garage is large and easy to use with moving trucks. The manager, Pascale, is a very friendly and helpful person. They assisted us several times over our stay and made move-out very easy.”
“Booked a parking spot same day and Bradley was super helpful, efficient, and kind about helping ease any of my concerns about my vehicles safety. He also helped me pre-pay so I don’t even have to worry about that while I’m away. Highly recommend this spot and Bradley if you’re looking for storage! Space is clean, safe, and there was no confusion or hidden charges. Very straightforward. Appreciate all the help and the kindness, Bradley!”

“Pretty straightforward. The only downside is they make you pay for their insurance which isn’t included in the cost on the website until the very end. One of the managers there, Tony, was really cool though and explained all the costs to us and was all around super helpful!”

“We have been customers here multiple times over the past 10 years. This is a great place to store your stuff at. Property is clean and free of trash. Prices are competitive and customer service is great when you need them. Luckily we only had 1 issue that we've ever needed them for over the years, and they were as accommodating as they could be. If we need a storage facility in the future, this will be the one we will always use.”

“I have been dealing with the Burien location for a couple years now. The office managers have always awesome and very helpful! They have gone over and above helping us, a few times when we had some urgent business that required a little extra from them.
Sammy, Ashley... everybody that works there is always cheerful and quick with a smile and ready to be helpful if needed and even if it isn't needed.
The grounds are well kept and clean. Adam really seems to take pride in keeping things well maintained.

“I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I've used a few storage facilities over the years, and this one stands out above the rest. I made the reservation online, and rented it, which was very easy and quick. Daniel and Shawnie were both incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful as I was very stressed with my move and everything happening. That kind of personal touch is rare these days and not what you would expect when renting a storage unit! They walked me through my options, helped me figure out the right unit size, and made the whole process completely stress free.
The facility itself is newer, clean, well lit, and clearly well maintained. I felt confident my belongings were safe. Plenty of carts were available. You must enter a code to enter the facility and they have many cameras for security. Pricing is very reasonable, and I appreciated the transparency. Billing was straightforward. Since I signed up for autopay, they gave me extended access hours.
If you’re looking for a storage facility that’s clean, secure, with staff who truly value and care for their customers, this is the place. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing storage”

“Arrowood Mini Storage is one of my all time favorite locations to rent trucks from! These guys have a wonderful staff that's very kind and helpful. We are a local moving company that has done multiple jobs here and they have been more than pleasant to work with. One day we even had a issue at the facility where my guys had a oversized load that had damaged the peace that goes on the ground to open the gate. they could have been very upset. but they were very kind and respectful and worked hand and hand with my movers to fix the situation.. great location for all your moving needs..Thank you,Justin & TeamJ&S Movers”
