“This review is for the manager that handles multiple sites including at least Delridge and Avalon. Her name is Amy. She is the best. There are other managers that handle many sites and they must have their hands full however every time I have been in and out of the facility on Avalon it has been clean, well organized with carts ready and they pay special attention to the security of the place and make sure that operations are running smoothly.”

“Tony & Vivian have been such a great help. My husband o & I downsized to a smaller unit in the same facility and the size we got wasn’t the size we paid for. Both Tony and Vivian got right on top of it and got an approval from upper management to adjust the pricing. We got some credit back that applied towards our rental and they were both very communicative the entire process. I had a previous bad experience with the previous manager due to unrelated issues but with the current staff everything has been so great so far. Thank you Vivian and Tony for promptly assisting us.”

“Highly recommend this place if you are looking for storage in Gig Harbor or in a neighboring town. Josh helped me from day 1. He was amazing!! I know I was a handful with multiple reservations (only needed 1... Haha), multiple phone calls, tons of questions because I had no clue what I was doing, and he was patient and helped me every step of the way. The facility is easy to get in and out of and it is in a great location. Couldn't ask for anything better! Kudos to Josh and the staff for everything they have done and continue to do for me. :)”

“That storage unit is okay reasonable price it's just in a location that is means for having a car or a bike because it's close to the water lot of boats a lot of steel container type jobs warehouse type jobs so it's off you don't have a car or a bike very hard to get to not on a bus line”

“Clean facility and friendly staff quite a breeze to move all my stuff in had adequate carts for moving my stuff in and overall good experience. On top of all that it’s a secure building that has coded access that won’t let just anybody in. I would’ve given it a five star rating if I was able to actually use the app to access the building as it says you can unfortunately this facility doesn’t have the app access for using your phone to unlock the door.”

They were able to help me right away today and and got move in on my lunch break so it was awesome experience and again very helpful in my time of need. Don't forget for every new rental you get half off your first 3 months in.”
“Arrowood Mini Storage is one of my all time favorite locations to rent trucks from! These guys have a wonderful staff that's very kind and helpful. We are a local moving company that has done multiple jobs here and they have been more than pleasant to work with. One day we even had a issue at the facility where my guys had a oversized load that had damaged the peace that goes on the ground to open the gate. they could have been very upset. but they were very kind and respectful and worked hand and hand with my movers to fix the situation.. great location for all your moving needs..Thank you,Justin & TeamJ&S Movers”
