“A sudden blowout on our 5th wheel left us disabled on I 5 just south of downtown Seattle, two hours into our 5 day vacation. Luckily we were able to pull to where an on ramp merged, so we were not obstructing traffic and we had room to change the tire safely. The problem was the Lugnuts were too tight for my husband to remove. Luckily, he called industrial tire service. It wasn't long before they arrived and had the tire replaced. We were amazed that they only charged $50. Unbelievable. There are not enough stars to award this business, their service quality value promptness our satisfaction we can recommend them so highly please pass the word.”

“An HONEST automotive technician! Brian is more than just a mechanic.
We were on a trip with a deadline to see our daughter's graduation. Had some bad noise coming from the engine compartment so pulled into a parking lot there in Gig Harbor, called Parkers Automotive at someone's recommendation. Couldn't be happier! Brian came to our vehicle, easily diagnosed the noises with his almost 40 years of experience - pulleys going bad. Said he could rearrange his schedule to repair our vehicle and get us on our way the next day. Not to say he would do this in all cases, but Brian and his office manager went way above & beyond to take care of us! THANK YOU! God bless them, they were angels in our time of need! Once repaired we drove all night, but made it on time.”

“I took my car in with a quote from another repair shop for a comparison. Les Schwab was able to save me about half the cost on that initial quote. When I brought the car in for the actual repair, their own inspection showed that half of that work did not need to be done. They repaired what did need doing and saved me about $3000! “I came in right after they closed with a nail in my tire and the owner had a look and explained my options and had me come back the next morning for service. When I came back, he remembered me and got right to work. The nail was in the sidewall so we had to replace all four tires (my vehicle is AWD). “I drove to Les Schwab at 7:00am hoping they had a key drop off box so I could drop off my vehicle. To my surprise they did not. Les Schwab does not open until 8 00 am, but Jay was in early and welcomed me in. That kind of service is rare and quite extraordinary in my opinion. “I have been going to Les Schwab for over 26 years. They have always provided excellent and honest service. My recent stop at Les Schwab in Burien was another example.
I initially went to my dealership service department for an oil change before making a long trip (with a full U-Haul trailer) from WA to MI. My dealership told me that I needed to have my wheel bearings replaced. I knew that Les Schwab had done this work two years prior and trusted the job they had done. I drove over to Les Schwab and let them know that my dealership said I needed this work done and that I was now stressed and worried about the safety of my trip. I also felt that the dealership wasn't being honest in their assessment.
The manager Corey Bruhn and his team looked at my vehicle and not only assessed that my wheel bearings were completely fine and safe, he also had his team member Matt make a video for me of their test on each tire to show me that it was safe for me to take my trip and help relieve my stress. Their customer service went above and beyond.
Then the next day when I was about to leave, trailer already hooked up and full, I woke to a screw in my tire. Corey came to the rescue again and had one of his team members fix my tire right away so I could get on the road. He also reminded me that there were Les Schwab locations across the country and I could stop in along the way to have my tire pressure checked or get service.
I am beyond grateful for the care that Corey and his team provided. I only wish that Les Schwab had a location in Michigan. Hope you open one soon! Thank you, Corey and Matt!!”

“I suddenly heard a loud screeching/squealing sound coming from my truck, luckily Engel’s was nearby and I called in to see if I could take it in. It’s my family’s only vehicle and they said they could take a few minutes to take a look even if they had a tight schedule. They were able to diagnose the issue and luckily it was a quick fix.
