“I'm so glad this was the first place I took my car after moving to Walla Walla. It's one of the only shops in town that works on German cars. My Jetta was making weird noises and although I was in no position financially to have major repairs done, I needed a professional opinion. I dropped my keys off in the door slot while Tim was out and he got back to me by the end of the day. It turned out to be a minimal issue and I got my car the next morning. I was thankful enough it wasn't something catastrophic. When I went in Tim explained everything that was going on with the car clearly and plainly. The bill was like something your favorite mechanic uncle would charge you. Damn near hugged the shit out of him. I won't be going anywhere else for car repairs.”
“Jeff was so generous and compassionate! I'm dropping off my son for college and the front bumper started falling off. Though the schedule was booked, Jeff said come on by and he'd take a look. Evidently this damage was patched together over 4 years ago, before I bought it, but had come loose. He'd said he'd get it on order so I could have peace of mind while headed home. When I asked how much, he said "don't worry about it." Glad to help your son adjust to college. Does a "gratis" service exist anymore? Obviously at Northwest Collision it does!”

“We had car issues as we pulled into town for an appointment . We were referred to Manny’s . Our car literally quit working when my husband got to the shop and shut it off. They had to push it into the shop. They figured out the problem and fixed it within an hr and we were on our way home, instead of having to spend the night in a motel because we were from out of town. We were so impressed with how helpful Manny and his crew were. They took a very stressful situation and made it into a great experience . We are headed back next week with a huckleberry pie for them to enjoy. Highly recommend this shop.”

“Brought my Prius in after a very unfortunate encounter with a deer. The Tietan team was great about keeping me updated and dealing with my insurance. The repairs were completed almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule and the work was great quality. Looks like the accident never even happened. “My clutch linkage decided to break on me while driving and I needed to tow my car right away. Steve had a completely full shop and still made room for me to get my car in there. He explained to me exactly what happened and how it happened and what he was going to do to fix it. The time line he gave was accurate to when he was finished with the Job. He has a young man named Jarred who works for him as well who is an exceptional talent and perfectionist in his craft. I felt very well taken care of and my car is back on the road with no issue.
