“Not big on reviews as too many are sour grapes with little basis but I had a great series of positive remote interactions with Cody while making a recent truck purchase.
I found a vehicle listed on the webpage for which I made a direct, pointed inquiry on. Received a direct response which answered the questions. No dodge or merely providing a link to the vehicle listing but real answers for the questions asked. And in a prompt fashion. Went thru a couple rounds of this before I decided I'd come in for a test drive. (I posed additional questions)
That truck sold before I could get in for a test drive but a couple realistic options were provided within the next couple days. These were not simply efforts to get me in the store, but vehicles which fell into my preselected criteria.
Car sales typically is not fun but I found Cody to be someone responsive to my questions. And no high pressure pitches.

They had to push it into the shop. They figured out the problem and fixed it within an hr and we were on our way home, instead of having to spend the night in a motel because we were from out of town. We were so impressed with how helpful Manny and his crew were. They took a very stressful situation and made it into a great experience . “Had one of those pesky noises that came and went, was sure it was my alternator belt but many mechanics told me the symptoms didn't fit (the squealing wouldn't happen at idle). Dropped my car off here, sure enough he couldn't reproduce the sound, when I went to pick up my car he came out to listen and sure enough the squeeling noise was there now! He said it was the belt after all, took me into the garage and had it adjusted in about ten minutes while I waited, it's been about a week now of no noise and I'm sure my neighbors appreciate his service just as much as I do! Will be going back here for sure A+”

I can't answer a lot of questions about the current dealer, as I haven't worked for them. I understand that their style of management and service are different from what ours used to be. I do know that the quality of John Deere products are some of the best in the industry. I was just visiting today, with old friends.”

“I had Steve fix my transmission years ago , 1999 ram 2500, the 2nd gear band had broken, I went to numerous dealerships in the area including tri-cities none of them could tell me what was wrong they all wanted to test into it first then figure it out. I took it to Steve , he drove it and immediately knew what the issue was. So I had him fix and beef it up with all heavy duty components, it had 122,000 miles at that time, years later I sold the truck with 242,000 miles on it and never had another issue with the transmission, he did great work then and from what I’ve heard he still does .”
