“It’s a rough business to be in, but Hannah knows how to take care of it. Honestly, if she’s not the store manager yet she will be one day. Excellent customer service.”
“The UPS Store is always a great place to get documents copied or ship and receive packages. They make it very easy and fast. Employees were pretty nice and worked fast.”
“This place helped me out immensely in a pinch, and Mitch and Betty are the best! Highly, highly recommend as an alternative to a P.O. box that makes it seem like you've got a brick-and-mortar address (I needed one, and didn't quite have it yet!)”
“The team here took great care of us and took the time to have the notary so the paperwork correctly when we needed certified copies of our ID. I had another notary do it and they missed the form to certify the ID so I paid to have this team do it thoroughly and they nailed it. Our papers were approved by the consulate general and are moving on the the next s yep without being rejected. And anyone who deals with power of attorney forms can tell you the details matter. Me and my favorite brother getting both our paperwork notarized.”
“Helpful staff. Locally owned franchise.
Have been going here for years. Mostly pre-printed drop offs but. Staff across multiple franchisees have been pleasant to work with and helpful when needed.”

“I came to this store and UPS employee James helped me to print label, box the item with proper authorization slip, shipping label and other safety labels for the box and ship the box back to Amazon. Helpful and friendly service. Thank you JAMES for all your help.”
