“Been with GESA since 1992. Great personnel. Call 24 down frequently...but that is improving.one problem..big one...I purchased a cashiers check..took to who I made it out too..now it is lost. So I go back to GESA and tell them. I am told I can not file it as lost for 90 days..then once ive done that they can do a search..and could not guarantee when those fund would be back in. Are you kidding me?!!!So basically they are holding my Three thousands dollar lost cashiers check hostage for over 3 months..I have the receipt..the company I wrote it to has not processed. Told I can buy another one and if not found they'll refund....but according to them we cant even start the search or cancel cashiers check for over 90 days. Ridiculous!”

They were so helpful and helped at the counter and arrange appt with the branch manager Reyana Morales to get some documents notarized and a bank medallion stamped on some other documents? Everyone was very polite and helpful. Even after I forgot some documents Reyana was able to fit me in when i returned. I was a manager for a large area and many people but have been retired the last few years, but always appreciate good service.”

If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST do everything through your local brach. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you, and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY!”
