The customer service is exceptional!While I'm often there for the typical hardware items for home projects, I can't visit the store without checking out the home area where they often have really nice decor like dish towels, candles and kitchen gadgets. The garden area is also a must visit for whimsical yard art, glass hummingbirds and healthy indoor plants. Parking lot is huge! I love everything about this store.”

One of the employees told me I was too quiet and then the employee tried to continue the conversation to try to put a bandaid on what she said. Really not appropriate to tell customers they are too quiet. Maybe just ask the customer to repeat what they said politely? Regardless it’s a great store I just think management needs to have a conversation with staff and how they word things to customers since we are what drives that business profit.”
