“I just bought a sewing machine here and I had the most wonderful experience. Jesse helped me and he was so knowledgeable about all the machines. He was willing to go through all the models we were interested in from the least expensive to the most expensive, and align features to our needs. We found the perfect one for us. Highly recommend.”
“I've been playing at this Uncle's location for a few years, and it's an awesome place for gaming and finding out about new games. The staff is super helpful and accommodating to people that want to learn and play. Dan and Irene are especially friendly and like to learn about games they are new to from customers, making it a real community.”

“It’s good, Dez is an extremely valuable asset to your business. I feel I can trust him with my purchases, color selection and not feel pressured. Stand up dude.”
“New favorite of all the comic shops I’ve been to; There’s new issues, and tons of back issues from recent ones going back to collectible level, longboxes upon longboxes of great stuff in great condition. I would go here over the mall any day. I’ve been to dozens of comics shops, this is by far the most selection on the Eastside for back issues for fair prices. I don’t think I’ve seen a more organized back issue selection except at comic cons, and still not as vast. The owner is awesome and unassuming in the best way, & knows where stuff is. I can’t tell you how nice that is unless you’ve searched through thousands of comics looking for a proverbial needle in an unsorted haystack with an owner who couldn’t spare a moment to help you find what you’re looking for or they assume they can talk you into something else.
Also much more affordable than eBay after shipping. Some things are negotiable. So why buy online when you can buy local?”
“Must be a great place as I spent ages in the car waiting for my geology obsessed family to emerge. Very handsome dog greeted us at the door. I don’t know much about rocks but I enjoyed walking around and looking at everything and the staff were friendly and attentive. ?”

“Bought some more shungite, copper, and bracelets today. I’ve spent a small fortune here over the years and still can’t get enough! The stone selection is second to none!”
“Ordered online, the only shipping option was free, which was great, but I wasn’t sure of the carrier or ETA. I texted them and they explained that they ship USPS standard and that I could call for more information or to upgrade. I called, and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and offered to upgrade my shipping to UPS for no additional cost. It got to the other side of the state within one day. I really appreciate it. Excellent service and the product is as described.”
“Good size store, strange arrangement and selection though. Things were not where I expected them and some books were not in their section but were on a random featured table.”
“Michaels is a life saver for us when we have last minute school projects due. We've stopped by multiple times over the years to pick up plain t-shirts for various school theme days so we can decorate the shirts, to picking up stickers and different holiday themed decorations. Michaels has everything from the fake silk flowers, Circuit machines, beads, cake decoration supplies, tie-dye, to other things I can't even think to list. We last stopped by to pick up a chalk board for the first day of school and some fun colored chalk - both were conveniently placed upfront in easy to find locations! If you can, sign up for the e-mails and you get a nice $5 discount coupon you can use. We like the discount, and it helps whenever we have crafty projects to complete. Staff have always been nice and friendly, and when busy, they aren't able to walk us to the aisle, but otherwise, we've been directed to the correct aisle. It's fun to browse all the different crafting things here, and the sales are worth picking up supplies for holiday decorations. They also had a nice selection of LGBTQ+ craft items like little pride flags, ribbons, and various rainbow themed items - we did pick up a spool of rainbow ribbon for rainbow day for school though, which was convenient.”

“Friendly staff and prompt service. I was told over the phone that my project might take up to a week but they had it done in about 10 minutes. Thanks guys/gals.”

“Had a very small repair, which I'd messed up a couple of times. Geoff, at Tap's Bellevue store, took excellent care of me, answering questions, suggesting ways to get it done right, and being very helpful with questions I had. Good spot for learning about plastics and how to treat them correctly. Thanks, Geoff.”
“I got mostly everything I needed. All holiday was 60% which was great! I ordered some food coloring gel online afterwards as they didn't have it in the store.”
“Great rail shop, especially for Lionel and Garden Scale. However, lacking in a selection of HO. Wonderful service, willing to answer any questions you might have.Edit; Visiting the area again, had to stop by. Remains an awesome shop!”
“I generally do not care for stores like this, but decided to get a photograph framed and went in with my three year old on a Saturday. I went to the framing counter at the back and Al helped me. Al was incredibly helpful, had an excellent disposition, and most importantly, helped me to make important design decisions and I am incredibly happy with the result. It is really apparent to me now that the success of these places can hinge on good customer service and good people, and Michaels has certainly found that person in Al at the framing counter. Thank you Al!”
“"Exceptional leader and manager! Shumalia at Kirkland Juanita location consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Their dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm make them a valuable asset to the Michael's team! 5 stars!"”
“Your basic craft store. Decent selection of whatever you want to create. The only problem I had was the prices......they are kinda expensive, is it worth the price? Mine was for that day but not shopping there multiple times a month, that's for sure. :)”
“We highly recommend Hobbytown Redmond! DieHard RC is a promoter of RC racing programs at DieHard Family RC Park in Snohomish during the summer and at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in the winter. Hobbytown is a sponsor of our local programs, they give back to the community and they work hard to have what racers need to be competitive. If you are interested in learning more about the local racing scene and getting involved Hobbytown Redmond is ready and willing to help.”
“Great store with lots of geekery; comics, Funko figures and other collectors items.Staff if knowledgeable and friendly. My main gripe is it is in the mall and the terrible parking that it has.”
“I sold my gold chain here. The staff was very friendly and professional. They gave me a fair price and the whole transaction was quick and easy. I was in and out in like 10 min with cash in hand. I would definitely recommend checking them out. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the remote locked doors that require an employee to buzz you in but I’m sure it keeps the rift raff out which I actually like and appreciate.”
“Our group had an awesome time and great experience buying cards here. Our whole group loved taking with Brian. He asked about our favorite players, teams, and everything else. Even the non-card collector in our group had a great time and left with some packs! Everyone was checking to make sure we were doing well and helped us with retrieving various items. I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and it was a great time!If I lived in town, this would be the place I would go every single time!”
