“Just had a fantastic experience with USPS worker Steve while applying for my child’s passport. In and out in 15 minutes! Steve was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly—a true gem amidst the usual horror stories you hear about passport services. Hope USPS recognizes his excellence and uses his approach to train agents across other locations.”
“This is BY FAR the best organized and stocked party store in the area. The owner is super helpful and the store is super easy no navigate. Forget Amazon - come here for party supplies!”
“Best post office around! Staff are friendly and care about good service. They put vases of pretend of flower-pens on the counter.
Usually waits aren't too long.”
“Mostly understaffed. Be prepared to wait. But they do have good service. I have used these services here - Mail, tracking, certified, first class and money orders.”
“This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.”
“I love the lake city post office, friendly folks, reliable, courteous. When I’m in luck I can also pick up the latest Real Change newspaper (one of Seattle’s own & best) right outside. USPS is one of the best run and most effective government services there is. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise, do your homework / research please.”
“The branch CAN get busy around lunch time, and even busier around closing ~ I recommend patience and planning :) That said, the two associates are Extremely Efficient at getting through lines, and transparent when it comes to costs/delivery schedules (providing tips when asked)! I've been a regular customer of this location for 3yrs, and they are practically miracle workers given the volume of business around the holidays.”
“The Kenmore post office is by far the most accessible, friendly post office around. They are open after hours to safely drop off letters. During Christmas rush, all the staff are patient and always smiling. There's always parking as well as a delicious coffee stand just outside. There's also Chase bank and a teriyaki shop there as well. You can send a package, get coffee and food as well as do your banking with one parking spot.
Giddy up!
Over and out!
Sgt. Mike”
“After reading a few negative reviews of this USPO at Crossroads, I had to wonder if it’s the same location I’ve been to. I have nothing but praise for the professional and kind service I’ve experienced with the staff. I suspect there are a few customers who feel entitled and unfortunately put the blame on the staff of this USPO. One should go to their post office with packages labeled, wrapped, and taped before handling to the counter person.”
“Staff were wonderfully pleasant to speak to and incredibly helpful sorting a delivery error at no fault of their own.
Huge props to Mike and to the lovely lady who helped but I didn't get their name.”
“I made a passport appointment a month ago, showed up early, was seen early and Mei was awesome ! I got in and out in 15 minutes, including the photo ! Will come again in 10 years for my renewal !”
“I'm certain I bought stamps from this so called rude Asian lady. She's normal and was pleasant to deal with imo. She's kurt, to the point and likely her way of doing things is perceived as rude. I was happy with my experience today.”
“Shoutout to Roland at the post office—absolute gem of a human. Every time I come in to ship an urn (yes, really), I somehow end up picking up flags too. It's become our little tradition. Roland always greets me with a smile and a quick joke—last time he teased me about shimmying up the flagpole outside to collect my flag. It’s that kind of light-hearted, kind service that makes errands a little brighter. Efficient and just the right amount of sass for a funeral director who deals with so much grief on a daily basis. Thanks, Roland!”
“Not sure why so many people hate the Post Office. The employees at this location have always been helpful. Sure the lines are long sometimes, but that’s just the volume of people with the budget the government gives them. I’ve shipped many packages and they’re always helpful. I tend to just go early in the day or over lunch and it’s much faster.”
