“Want to say Ping is a postal employee Bothell Post office can be proud of. My package was delivered to wrong home (years ago this happened about four or five times a month do that we both have the same house address, different street address, but one block apart).
Ping on my third attempt to get information much effort on her part effort on her part with joy helped me find it. Postman even delivered it to my door, although it fit in the mailbox, but that was very kind of him also didn’t get his name sorry.

“Exceptional experience at this location! We came in early morning for a walk-in passport appointment for our newborn, expecting a long wait, but the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Steve assisted us and he was fantastic—highly efficient, incredibly helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Getting a newborn passport can be stressful, but Steve made it seamless. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve stopped by here once so far and had an excellent experience. Everything was stocked and clean, lighting is less harsh than some other stores i’ve been to. The line was very quick as another employee opened when he saw i was waiting and was very nice and efficient while helping me ship my package! 10/10, no notes and would return even if it’s more out of my way.”

“After being told at Wedgwood post office that they could not issue my PM express refund that was not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date in their local office and unavailable online, I was advised to call USPS Customer Service who could. The USPS agent told me I was given incorrect information and advised me to request a refund online or go to a local postal office for an in person refund not necessarily Wedgwood. The postal clerk at Lake City was efficient and well informed, issuing my refund after having me complete a refund form. I could have saved time had I gone to Lake City office first.”

“my package had a missing apt number and I was trying to track it down for days. Although I have no idea what was going on behind the scenes, in the end it was recovered. I would give 5/5 for the carrier on my route, as he probably was organized enough to get my missing package in my mailbox. These folks are probably super busy all day every day, so when they go above and beyond to help recover packages, it's so appreciated. please be nice”

“What a wonderful post office! Friendly and efficient staff eager to serve and get customers in and out quickly. Open 8:30-6 pm weekdays and bonus: 9- 3 on Saturday. If you have a debit/credit card, there's a self-serve kiosk 24/7 inside for mailing and more. Due to construction, just go to last building on left and enter via their first driveway. Great experience!”
