“This place is professional. They did a difficult repair on my Prius and charged me $1,000 less than the Toyota dealership quoted me. They have a two year warranty on parts and labor, which tells you the quality of work they do. This is no mom and pop shop. I will definitely come back here if my Prius needs more work!”

“Most of the staff seemed fairly new, but they did a great job and worked with me on a fleet discount that was new to me. Overall, they seemed to strive for excellent customer service. The only downside was their waiting area smelled because of a plumbing issue, but was a minor issue.”
“Had a flat tire on one of our vehicles this morning. Put some air in it and drove over to Walmart on Chestnut. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes and then I talk to I believe his name was Salvador, and he was very friendly and very helpful. They took my car in in about 30 minutes later they had me out the door. Super friendly. I will say the front desk was empty for a little while but I just found someone and ask them to get me some help. I understand it’s pretty busy on Sundays and afternoon”
“The staff is always friendly. Didn't appreciate the last time I was there when I got told that because I didn't have my warranty paperwork in my vehicle for my tires that they may not be able to help replace a tire. Also was told that I didn't have them rotated properly which would cause warranty to be invalid. (They are the only ones who have rotated them since purchase) Was then told all of my tires were about 30psi over what they shoukd have been and that was going to void my warranty. Still ended up having to pay $80+ bucks and wait 3 hours to have a tire put on and rotated.I've never had any issues until this last time.”
