The manager at the store was unfriendly and cold to a poor old woman who was trying to get help with her account. I understand he probably couldn’t have done much, but his behavior and the way he spoke to this sweet old woman had both me and my partner very upset when we left. Poor customer service on his part.

I havehad a US Cell since 1998, my very first phone. I haven't had any serious problems with my phone or tablets I've owned. Good Customer service everytime I visit the store on 40 th Ave.Yakima Wa. I will continue using US Cellular
