“This store has just about anything a country store would need. The only thing they don't do is cook food which the employee said they were getting their permits to do. They sell everything from bait, knives to propane and milk. They even sell flowers and wine for Valentine's day. The prices aren't crazy either. This is that great place when it's late, you don't want to drive into town but need those few items.”

“Need signage on each island as to what grade of fuel is available at these pumps. I sometimes have to drive around to find 88 octane gas. Location is clean. My phone app does not work on your kisosh anymore. Need to be able to use previous version. I don’t have the $’s to purchase a new iPhone.”
“The staff here is very friendly. When I walk in, they already know what I need without having to ask. The cashiers are kind and respectful. It’s a great place to stop to get something to eat. Their food is delicious, especially breakfast. The parking lot is also very large and easy to maneuver. This is helpful since it is located right off of a busy highway. There’s also a sense of security because it appears that there is a police department located behind the establishment.”

“One of the best Sheetz - period! I stop by here almost every day either to/from work. The store is always clean and well stocked. MTO food is prepared quickly and well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Austin is always wearing a smile, remembers my usual purchases, and shows exceptional kindness. Whenever I see him at the check out, I know I'm about to get fantastic service!

There are store-specific reasons that make our 7-11 on Washington St in Bolivar-Harpers Ferry 25425, better than other options. This 7-11 has the best management, staff, customer service and care I’ve ever seen. They’re running circles around other stores. I’ve asked for a couple things to be added to the inventory: they make a note and if possible, it’s available there in a short time!
They are also our local liquor store and they listen to suggestions on what the local folks want to buy. I wish all places had this kind of service but I’m glad it’s still the norm for “my store”.

“I have never had a sandwich that looked better than the picture, but then Kelly and Jim made mine and my hubby’s food! Kelly asked us how we wanted our sandwiches made and boy were they good! Highly recommend them!”
“In a word: convenient; and that's the whole point. They do have shortened hours lately but that's because they're understaffed (largely due to the COVID situation). Good selection, especially considering the size.NOT affiliated with the one in Frederick (or the website) which apparently many people come in thinking.”

“Was in today again (I come by this area about every two weeks). Grabbed a one bar and an Arizona Green Tea. Both were still well within their best by/expiration dates. Cashier was very friendly as always. They have a public restroom that is serviceable although not super clean. All in all not bad.”
“Convenient place has a little bit of everything it's the only place and Charles Town it has 100% gasoline with no ethanol. The drinks are a little expensive in the store but other than that it's great but it's not exactly in the greatest part of town”
