“I had to buy a new phone. To make a long story short, it involves a spider, me jumping out of my car, tossing my phone on the top of the car, which i NEVER do, and me running around like Ricky Bobby on the race track thinking he's on fire! (You get the picture) Then after my meltdown I got back into my car forgetting about my phone and drove away. That happened the day before yesterday. I was so upset. I had so much information stored on that phone, -drs appts, passwords, special dates, etc. that I had to find it!! I walked McCorkle avenue for approx 6 hours in 2 days. I finally came to the realization I had to let it go. Like an old friend that was hooked to your hip for 20 years. Anyway I knew I had to stop and get me another phone. Still being sick to my stomach and extremely upset, I stopped at St. Albans Boost. LET ME TELL YOU, I don't know where Boost has been hiding their most prize possession but I found her yesterday! She instantly starting making me feel better and started assuring me that she would do everything in her power to get all my information back on my new phone. While she was working on the computer and setting up my new phone she distracted me from my worries by having a pleasant conversation with me. We talked like we knew each other forever. We talked about our families, her schooling, how long she worked for Boost and how she loved her job, etc, and before I knew it she turned my new phone around and asked if the screen looked familiar!! It was the picture that was on my old phone! She had all my apps from my old phone, my information, everything from my old phone on my new phone!! I didn't know what to say. I was so happy and appreciative. I tried to buy her dinner, I tried to do anything I could to show my appreciation but she would have none of it. She said that was her job. If I ever need Boost to help me with anything else, rest assured, I will be calling and finding out which store she is currently at, and I will be going to see her! I don't care if it is Elkview, Montgomery, etc. she will be worth the drive. This girl is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which unfortunately has diminished since the pandemic. If you need someone from Boost to help you, do yourself a HUGE favor and ask for BRI! You can thank me later. She's wonderful. She has left such a wonderful mark on my heart that I will be stopping in to check on her from time to time. Love her.
Boost you have a gem with this one. I own a business and I also have employees, if I could steal her from you I would, but she loves her job. I would LOVE to have her on my team.
