“Sehla.. was awesome... way above customer service. My phone is older and with a case that was way beyond busted and glued together. Finding a case for this phone is usually difficult hence why mine was in its condition. She was able to get one from another location and have it with in a day or two. With the new screen protector it was fairly inexpensive. Even got a better magnet while I was there. Don't even recognize my phone now it looks so much better . Totally recommend her and the shop.!!!”

“Lauren saved our sale today and I want her professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy recognized. My son and I went to upgrade our phones. We waited paitently for 20-25 minutes while one employee helped a couple in front of us. Another 2 ladies came into the store. Brett came out of the back and complete ignored me and my son, and asked the ladies who came in after us how he could help them. We were going to just leave when Lauren emerged from the back and asked if she could help us.She was apologetic for Brett, and was fantastic with explaining the new phones. Again, she saved the sale today and she alone is why I give a 5 star rating.”

“Pretty good, I shop here for all my groceries from Waynesboro because it's the best experience. I don't have to watch three numbnuts back into each other and get into an argument about a divorce (typical Walmart things) and I don't have to throw half of my groceries away when I get home because they're moldy. Store employees have always been polite and helpful”

“I get my prescriptions at the Hagerstown Sams Club Pharmacy and have been for years. They have always met me with a smile or understanding because they know I come to pick up quite a lot of prescriptions. I also travel 40-45 minutes to go to this particular Sams because they are familiar with my health issues and have even alerted the doctor when a new Rx contains something I cannot take and have saved my life "literally " a couple of times . So you see even though I moved closer to another Sams Club I will continue to go to the Sams that is familiar with me. I call ahead of time so they have a few hours to get my prescriptions ready. When I call I'm always greeted with a positive and sharp person with a wonderful attitude that's always willing to help. I will always go to This Sams Club ..Pharmacy!! And while I'm there I Always take advantage of the other things Sams has to offer! The clothes, the laundry soap, groceries, gardening, and better believe it they always have the best gas prices!! This is one happy Prime member! Just FYI: They wear mask at this Sams and require all customers to wear them as well. I've had my temp taken at the door. They have hand sanitizer posted throughout the store for customers to use.and, they encourage social distancing throughout the store to make certain customers feel safe.”

“This location is one of my favorites. Staff is the same as any location. Treat people with respect and kindness and you will receive the same in return.Parking is easy in and out as the lot is not littered with curbed grass islands. The lot is extra large and accommodates rv's, Commercial trucks, and personal vehicles nicely. Walmart's provide a shopping experience available nowhere else. I've been stopping at this location for 14 years as the operator of a semi truck pulling 53 foot trailers.I spend the night at Walmart's +80% of the nights on the road. I've always been impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot here. Anxiously waiting for hours to go back to open 24/7 as I normally shop around 0400 in the morning to avoid the crowds.Paul Kersey (CB handle-Mr Magoo)”
