“Very postive experience at Rural King. I had a complicated order where I purchased a gun safe, and I couldn't fit it in my sedan. So they allowed me to keep my already-purchased gun safe at the store until i could bring my truck a week later and pick it up. They were very nice and friendly, and even offered to lift the gun safe in my truck. They did a fantastic job, I was blown away with how great the customer service was. Good work!”
“Kid-friendliness: I was very upset that a your black girl was verbay abused and the cashier told even BS about not to refuse service/ that girl is a human being and the women who tried to correct her has long standing position as a life long looser/ she has mis treated people at your the facility for years/ you just lost freddys years as a customer”

“The only thing I wish is that the always have my French vanilla cappuccino when I go in there. But reality they are constantly out of it and it drives me nuts because I need it first thing in the morning when I'm going to work so I have to take the time to go to another gas station because I will only go to a couple of them to get it because there's a lot of gas stations that have really crappy French vanilla cappuccinos.”
“Let me start by saying this is the cleanest CFM I have ever stepped into. Well stocked and well organized. The cashier was friendly and the lady at the sub-shop/ deli was even friendlier! I was in the area and stopped for a cold beverage and was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work, who ever owns this place is doing a great job in their hiring because these 2 ladies had it together and your store looked great.”

“I'm rating this place at 5 just for the simple fact of the cashier Mia that's working right now. However the store was clean prices were pretty high though I know it's a convenience store but they're still higher than most. However I do wish to have Mia recognized. She was very friendly she went above and beyond her regular customer service duties and she was patient and I really appreciate her. Just when I thought that all the stores in Ohio and up this area didn't know how to hire people with real customer service skills and that are friendly and outgoing and knew their job. I met Mia tonight. A lot of stores and places need to have more Mia's working for them. I've done customer service my whole life and in the last 4 years pretty much everywhere I've been in Ohio, Stores (grocery, convenient, gas stations, pharmacies, pet stores etc..), restaurants, shops, businesses and more have had not so good people working for them. I mean some would be nice and smile and talk a little normal but mostly always they have attitude that blah they're chatting on their cell phones whether it's texting or talking they don't acknowledge you as a customer they don't welcome you they don't tell you to have a good night or come back or anything they just miserable and they definitely shouldn't be working in the customer service field. However Mia just made my whole night she made my whole week heck my whole month for that matter. I personally have been going through a lot and I just recently moved here to Bellaire about a week ago and I'm not familiar with a bunch and she was just super awesome and helpful. Mia made my night she definitely deserves acknowledgment because there is not, like I said anyone that is even remotely close to her in that department. There are far and few in between around here. Me if you see this or ever see it I thank you so much I am the woman that you helped out tonight. I didn't feel I needed to say how you help me just know that you did and you made my night thank you again you are awesome stores and places need more Mia's in them.”
“Sheetz holds themselves to a very high standard and it shows! The store is very clean and the bathrooms are especially clean for a place that's decently busy all the time. I'll always happily stop at a Sheetz for a rest stop, especially this one since it's on route to see family.”

“I'm in a power wheelchair, and even though they aren't wheelchair accessible, the employees there, do alot for me. I call them and basically tell them what I would like,I rude down in my chair, they bring my merchandise out to me( always are polite,and respectful to me) take my payment and bring out my receipt and change if I have any. Would recommend any of these Employees for Employee of the month or year!!! Nice place wonderful employees.!”

“My husband and I were visiting our grandson at college in Wheeling. We traveled from Chicago and my husband realized his insulin bottle was empty and he could not fill his pump. We called the doctor in Chicago at 9pm to have a RX sent to CVS for pickup first thing the next morning and they had it ready at 9am when they opened.”

“For the three guys who were working at circle k tonight, doing everything that they could to fulfill everyone's orders and also doing all these tasks with a smile. I just want to say you guys did awesome. You guys did everything you could with the huge flow of traffic that you had. The assistant manager working over 20 some hours and not giving up is such a great leader in my thoughts. He continuously greeted every customer coming in the door while wishing them a Merry Christmas and apologizing for delaying any time that he may have taken up from their family. This is where a good leader shines He along with his team working side by side succeeded beyond expectations He also kept coming back to the store after doing those long hours to make sure the other two guys weren't overwhelmed. He continued helping them while being extremely exhausted yet all three maintained there smile and manners. At one point the manager of the store showed up with the other assistant manager and didn't say one thing about doing a good job nor did they help in any way. At this point the one guy was even asking for some help cause he was extremely slammed. Instead the manager did one thing on the self scan and him and the other female assistant manager left together in the same vehicle.. anyways I have made a few stops into the store throughout the day and the manager never checked back on the exhausted employees once nor did he send any extra help. Instead the assistant manager with the long hair and beanie was constantly checking on the guys through the night and even came in multiple times to help them cause they were extremely busy. So with this I will say these three guys did amazing especially with the communication the assistant had with them. Hopefully something good comes of this and honestly the two that are obviously dating need to have a wake up call and learn a team's a team if you're there for each other. Cause today the manager showed who he is only there for and that's the other assistant manager since they both got to take Christmas and Christmas Eve off while leaving the store with one individual per shift.”
