Payton the groomer was wonderful and you can tell she REALLY CARES about the animals in her care. There have been many times it's taken 3 hours for my dog to get. Simple bath and brush but Payton did it in 2 hours and Juna looks amazing! I'll be requesting Payton every time!

From grooming to boarding, our dogs have always been well cared for and loved while in her care. I can't say enough good things about BJ and highly recommend her. We especially appreciate that they embrace our “have fun with it” approach when it comes to her haircuts and color. Every visit is a surprise, and Lady Maye always comes home looking adorable and full of personality!
As first-time poodle owners navigating grooming, they’ve made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and truly care about the dogs they work with. We couldn’t ask for a better grooming team for our girl. Highly recommend!

554 Charles Town Rd, MartinsburgWe had our first ever appointment for our cat who has a tapeworm. We showed up 20 minutes early, they took us in immediately. We were in and out in 15 minutes! Our appointment was AT 4pm and we were already in the car!! Everyone was incredibly friendly and nice. It wasn't an arm and a leg cost wise. We absolutely will be coming back and bringing our other cat as well. 10/10!

Infact the owner even made a point to come to our table to ask about our experience. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting out of town and truly want a West Virginia local experience 😃!! Just a note, portion sizes of the trio meats was very small.

Definitely seems to use quality ingredients for the pizza and I think the owner told me he even uses Grande brand cheese which is some of the best. Also the steak and cheese has always been solid, love their rolls and they don't skimp you on the steak.
