Even if you come as a stranger to the studio, you don’t leave as one. Lona’s slow flow class on Sunday is such a great way to start the week. I highly recommend it ♥️

I went to Shepherd about 20 years ago and every Saturday I would walk across campus, make my way into downtown, and would find myself seated at a booth across from some of my best friends at Betty's. I believed I had everything all figured out but I was so wrong. After 20 years I have found my way back to Betty's. Im a bit wiser but sitting down to sausage gravy and biscuits took me back to those days. If you're a local you already know about this place but if you are traveling through the area I cannot recommend this place enough.
