134 E German St, ShepherdstownBack in the spring of 2025 I was on my was back from Philadelphia to Durham NC on a motorcycle trip along the Blue ridge and skyline drive and stayed in Shepardstown for the night. I stopped by the Lost Dog for a coffee. I'll admit at first Garth came off a little abrasive when he said he wouldn't put cold water or ice in my coffee, but he explain that it changes the flavor and told me he would use iced coffee instead. And he was right. it was a fantastic coffee. I also didn't mind at all being told that I shouldn't use a credit card because I understand how those companies screw over small businesses. Garth and I went on to talk for about an hr and discoveree we had both grown up in the punk and hard core scene in the 80s and 90s. We talked about life and the journey and I honestly felt like I had met someone I really liked. Hope to back again soon to catch up. Take care brother.

Blue Moon Cafe
200 E High St, ShepherdstownMe and my family had a wonderful experience at this Cafe. The servers were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful, there are cute decorations throughout the place and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The food was excellent too, with a lot of variety on the menu. I would recommend this Cafe to anyone stopping through Shepherdstown!

ShepherdstownMohalu is a welcoming space for all to practice. Class is always exactly what you needed, and you leave feeling refreshed and reenergized. Even if you come as a stranger to the studio, you don’t leave as one. Lona’s slow flow class on Sunday is such a great way to start the week. I highly recommend it ♥️
