“I mostly bank at the branch in Huntington. I have read the reviews people have put on here and in the past 18 years that me and my husband have banked here, we have never incountered the issues these people have. The ladies here are gracious and kind. When I got hurt and we couldn't make a loan payment. They stepped in and put a program in place so we wouldn't lose our car. They have always put us first as a customer. If the debit card has spending issues , they call us immediately to confirm it was us before processing they have stopped several hackers from getting into our account. I wouldn't change this bank and if I was to get another one, I would still keep this one.”
“I was in the military in 1970 when I applied for a loan to buy a lot in the Henderson sub division, No problem. I went back when I was getting ready to build our house in 1975. I discussed the house I wanted to build and specified the amount of the loan. He made some suggestions like 3 bedrooms and 2 baths instead of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. He also suggested brick instead of vinyl siding and a 15 year loan instead of 30. He saved me a lot of money with his suggestions because I’m still in the house 46 years later. I have dealt with the bank ever since and have never had a problem with them. Everyone I have dealt with over the years at PCB have been great friendly people. I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a bank.Putnam County Bank, Highly recommend.”
