I waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 8:30, and my car wasn't ready until after 10:00. This past week I talked with two friends who had similar experiences--long wait even with routine service and a confirmed appointment time. I expected timely service.

Saleswoman was prepared for our visit, but then left us for over an hour to make a sale to another couple. There were other salespeople available for other customers.
