“Phenomenal repair shop. Great prices and best of all they are honest people. That’s hard to find now a days. After taking my truck to a dealership they wanted an exorbitant amount to change two tire rod bushings. Davis auto pricing was fair and down to earth. Turns out the nuts just needed tightened on the tire rods. They could have charged me to swap the parts but they chose to be outstanding gentlemen and tell me I only owed them for tightening the nuts. I am a customer for life. My family will be customers for life.”

“I was in urgent need to get my car battery replaced on a Sunday, and clerk Elijah helped me immediately with ALL of that. Unfortunately, 20 miles later there was also a problem with my alternator, and I lost all electrical power in the middle of nowhere. I called O'Reilly where manager-on-duty Morgan listened to the confusing symptoms my car had and referred me immediately to Lee and Sheldon at Moble Tech (their roadside assistance contractors), who POST-PONED the family fishing trip they were just about to take (!!!) and came to my rescue -- doing all the complicated repairs for a very reasonable price, showing and explaining to me what they were doing and why, and testing their work to make sure all was good before sending me on my 250 mile trip home that night -- they even called me the next day to make sure I got back all right. 4 stars to O'Reilly bc of Elijah and Morgan's great customer service, though a mechanical problem slipped thru the cracks. I'd give 5 MILLION stars to Lee and Mobile Tech for AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND EXPERTISE; they were nothing short of being my Guardian Angels when I was in a very tough spot!”

“Great experience when car was hit in parking lot (bumber and side needed work). Showed up during business hours and within 15 minutes I had a got a quote and booked a time to have the work done the following week. Dropped car off and ready exactly when quoted 2 days later. Work was great. Quoted price was a bit over what insurance had preapproved on the claim. They worked directly with my insurance to deal with the difference. I just paid my deductible when I collected the car and that was it.”
“Some of the best autozone employees I’ve ever met. Was traveling from New York to Florida when my alternator blew out. These guys made my trip. They helped me find the alternator I needed and gave me a helping hand when I was stranded. I wish I could remember their names. The two employees I met deserve a raise. “My husband and I were driving to Ohio from Yorktown, VA when we experienced car trouble near Beckley, WV on I-64 W. We contacted AAA, and they sent Glen's Towing to take my SUV to L & S Toyota for service. They did a quick evaluation and discovered the radiator had a hole in it. Oakley, the service advisor, said they would have a new radiator sent from another business and get it replaced. We were waiting in their comfortable waiting room when we were advised that the wrong radiator was sent. Since they couldn't get another radiator sent over before they closed, we had to decide if we would stay the night somewhere (no!) or try to get a rental car and continue our trip to Ohio. My husband called Enterprise Car Rental, and they gave him the confirmation number and took our credit card info to reserve it. Since we had no way to get there before they closed at 5 pm and it was pouring rain, the service manager, Kevin Trzicak, drove him to Enterprise, got there before 5 pm, but they were closed. Not happy. Kevin then called Oakley, and he arranged for another car rental, Hertz, to wait until Kevin drove my husband there to pick up a rental (very happy). Kevin even helped us unload our SUV and load up the rental, and we were soon on our way. We picked up our SUV on the way home and returned the rental. Kevin and Oakley saved our vacation. They were so professional, caring, helpful, and concerned about us and the repair of my SUV. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff for their repair work.”

“I walked into this place to buy coolant for my car. They have very friendly stuffs and atmosphere. Sherri is a wonderful person among them. She walked me several times to the end of house to help me to get my purchase and showed me the room I need to use. She also gave me a pair of gloves and paper towel when she heard I want to do this job by myself outside.
I have been used several AutoZone Parts shops in my state before but this one, AutoZone in Oak Hill West Virginia, is the best. I wish all the stores, not only just auto parts, have their service quality. Then the whole world will become more beautiful.”

“I was traveling through the state, in the rain of course, when my driver side windshield wiper blade started coming apart while driving. So I googled and found this place. My only complaint was the time I had to wait to be waited on, but the poor guy was by himself and was trying to multitask between a phone customer he was on with when I walked in and the store. When he did get to me, he was very friendly and very helpful! He found my correct wiper blade and even put it on for me, in the rain, which was greatly appreciated! I can't fault the guy for being by himself as he worked hard to get to everyone as quickly and friendly as possible! He fixed me up and I was back on the road again - this time I could actually see! ?”

“GREAT PLACE!!! Traveling to Florida and stopped at a gas station and realized part of our grille of our Volvo was off. We yelped body shops and called to ask if they could take a quick look! It was an hour before closing and they said come on in. They looked at it for about 20 Minutes and got it back on. No charge ?!!! That's crazy!! We left a tip they would barely take! That's just good people!! Thank you guys!!! Travel resumed !!!!”
