“I don't give 5 stars because the customer service phone representatives. They have got my billing so jacked up so many times, even tho I have never missed a payment. I pay like clock work but still get punishment with extra fees. For the crew that works at cross lanes, are completely amazing. They try to help with everything possible, and make you feel comfortable and not awkward like some places. I give those guys a five star, keep being awesome.”

Hayden was jumping up to help us the minute we walked in, and helped us keep our bill the same price despite adding a fourth line to the account. He worked perfectly within the store's parameters to get what we needed done in just one sitting. Also, Hayden was very kind to us and patient with me considering the car accident. I was still shaken up, but he took his time to make sure he understood my needs and took care of them.”
