“I'm very happy that a Dollar General Store was built in my neighborhood a couple years ago. They almost always have what I'm looking for or they have compatible items in what I'm needing. I shop at my Dollar General at least once a week. And I love the Saturday deals of $5.00 off my $25.00 purchase, as I'm a coupon bargain shopper.”
“This store has been around since my mom was a child. One of the "Little Man" stores that has somehow managed to keep going. The people here are great and they have the best potato and macaroni salads ever! The kids call it the candy store because they have good candy. Also great produce and flowers for mothers day and other holidays as well.”
“Stumbled onto this place just driving around. This place is a time capsule that will send you down memory lane. Great food, and nice people. I had the pinto beans and fresh cornbread. It was great!!”
“A small but very well stocked grocery store with excellent meats and produce. Prices are good, and be sure and look at the discount buggies; a dented can might help you create something delicious at a discount!”
“I love this store for its convenient location not far off the interstate but in a more rural area that’s not busy & there’s plenty of parking. Store is clean & mostly stocked. Staff is friendly & helpful. I love that they are getting remodeled to include some veggies & fruit!!! Can’t wait!”
“I really love the new store it is so clean and well organized and so far seems to have stocked shelve DOLLAR GENERAL IS MY GO TO STORE just getting use to digital coupons THANK YOU DOLLAR GENERAL”
“I like the fuel rewards I got regular unleaded for 2.79 a gallon with my rewards points. Usually, no waiting in line and pumps are in good working order. The only complaint I have is the receipt printer at pumps never working. I don't care for location, is not conveniently located.”
“The Dollar General on Sissonville Drive is the place to go. I recently bought some chips, Knorr rice sides, and peanut butter. The store was neat, and things were easy to find, which made shopping a breeze. The staff was friendly and ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant visit. So, if you're after everyday essentials without digging deep into your pocket, this Dollar General!”

“Just stopped to get gas and some snacks. They have a really nice selection. The lady that ran the place said the coffee was old and cold when I went to get a couple of cups, and actually brewed fresh for me. You don't get dedicated help like that anymore. Great experience! ?”
“Easy and laid back grocery store. Prices can be shocking at times some good and some bad. The kids like the quarter machines and the horse they ride. They also offer a dude to help load your groceries from the store to your car pretty nifty. We shop here and Elkview and no complaints on this end good honest people.”
“Great little store. Lots of stuff. Decent wine selection. Awesome chip selection. Most toiletries and meds you could want at a fair price. Always go here before Wags”
“I am a fan of Kroger. The deals cannot be beat and the product is always good. I prefer to buy my fruits and veggies there. I have purchased strawberries there the last 3 weeks and they are the best I’ve had in a long time. My family would choose Kroger over anywhere to get groceries. We do self check out most of the time since there aren’t many cashiers, the registers usually give me a fit several times but other than that, I have no complaints. We love it!”
“The folks here have literally kept me alive with the REAL food premade dinner options like Chicken Casserole and Spaghetti, chicken, green beans, gravy etc that are not only priced great and eligible for EBT but taste AMAZING too! It's like a real grandma is making all the good fixins at this store.”
“Great staff and prices are amazing also I have to say me and my daughter asked to used the restroom and I don’t know if it’s for the public or for employees and they let us use it but it was the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen as far as a public bathroom!”
