“Outstanding experience in store. For people that know me, they know that I straight up hate the thought of going to brick and mortar retail. However, the store is laid out well, organized well, and has a great selection for being an outlet.
What really makes it 5* was my checkout experience at the mall-side registers with Tyra. They are amazing at their job - personable, friendly, and helpful. I haven't given manned register folks the time of day to even ask about in-store credit card applications in probably 25 years. Not only did they tell me about it, but I took the time to sign up for a Belk card...and didn't hate it!
Tyra is an amazing asset to an already great store. People like them are the difference makers in modern retail.”

“I would like to give a review for Associate 0208. (Unfortunately, I don't know his name). I was shopping at JCP on 3/24/26, returning a pair of jeans that were too long and buying another pair of jeans. This employee went above and beyond. He made the return so easy. We later were looking for several items in Home Goods, he was so helpful in finding what we needed, and made sure we used coupons, sales, and gift cards to our best advantage. “This is exactly what every Walmart is. Giant, clogged with people every weekend and has everything. In a small town like Vienna, it carries the things the local food chains can't sustain and their employees know where to point you when you ask for a specific item. This one gets an above average rating for having a self-checkout and relatively few lines. I appreciated getting to check myself out since I literally had two cans of jalapeños in adobo sauce.”
