“The service is wonderful! They try to work to meet your needs. The workers are very polite too. My niece just had her 7th birthday a friend let us barrow a bounce house it ended up having two holes. Even though they wasn't open the owner met my boyfriend so we could rent one. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN AND NEED A BOUNCE HOUSE this is the place. It was very clean, super big (we got the small 15x15 it was almost as tall as our two story house), and was at a very REASONABLE price. I was over all please .”

“Employee Mike in appliances was more than helpful. His customer service was over the top. Very kind and informative making our purchase pleasurable. The only unfortunate issue was when his manager or supervisor came at the end of our transaction and attempted to be humorous by giving Mike a hard time and used the Lord's name in vein. “They’ve cut staff back to just one person, so there’s often a sign on the door saying they’re busy which isn’t the employee’s fault. We used to buy a lot of CO₂ from them, but we’re now looking at other options due to the inconsistency. Also, note that they close for lunch, usually from 12 to 1, so it’s best to avoid that time.”

“I buy daily from menards is westover and in bridgeport. They have large quantities of everything and better prices then home depot normally before the 11 percent discount. The only part I dont like is from Thanksgiving until spring they stop the 11 percent discount. Great store. Great service. Everyone very helpful and very nice always.”
