“First off wanted to say thank you to the entire staff! Wow!, one of the absolute best experiences I have had in a store in a very very long time! First, got greeted as I entered which never happens anymore these days because employees don't care but they do here. Then as I was looking around because I was just so confused and not sure but I got some assistance and advice from some of the employees on what to buy. Wow without them I probably would have walked out and just bought online elsewhere. Thanks so so much for the help ladies!! Oh and wow talk about service, my hands were getting full and I panicked because I needed a basket and it's like they read my mind as I was looking around for where to get a basket and an employee saw me and ran one over to me right away. Wish I had this service everywhere I go. Lastly I've never liked getting a credit card in my life becsuse of previous life decisions but I was so so happy with getting a new credit card from a business that gives me these amazing opportunities and discounts. Wow. Thanks sooo much Carters Team in the Fox River Mall!”

“I have been to JC PENNY In Appleton WI several times now. Every employee I was in contact with was very helpful, kind and knew what they were doing.
The store was nice and neat and the bathroom was clean.
The clearance areas, which are the most difficult areas to keep clean, were very well organized and neat.
The store wasn’t exceptionally busy, but every cash wrap that was open was maned by friendly, knowledgeable employees.
The only disappointment I encountered was when no one was available in the fine jewelry department.”
“I've been going here since my 16 year old was a toddler. Still go there for my 9 year old. It is by far the best way to get cheap kids clothes. I couldn't have survived as a single parent without this place. I can get an entirely new wardrobe for one kid for around a hundred bucks or less. The clothes look nice and are good quality.
For people complaining about the staff, most of them are just kids. They are learning how to work with strangers. No one had been outside ride to me, but they are sometimes more reserved/shy. Regardless, they do their job just fine.

He made the experience of shopping and trying clothes, which I don’t enjoy, a fun time. He, on his day off, was there making sure everyone had what they needed. His positive energy is infectious!
