“I’ve been here twice in two months for two different occasions. First one was me waiting a day before my daughters newborn photos/family pictures. Your store sales associate Mary, this sweet older lady, was so sweet and helpful, trying to find me clothes that made me feel beautiful considering I had just given birth, not liking my new body. She did everything in her power to find me flattering shirts or pants. Unfortunately I didn’t find anything I liked on my body. So I left. Fast forward a month later, I went in to get a dress for my daughters baptism. Again, the same Mary was in there working. She remembered me as much as I did her. Again, she ran around the store trying to help me coordinate colors and such for family photos for this baptism we were having. Again, I didn’t see anything I liked for my body type. I wish you guys had longer sleeved items (I have a short torso but longer arms) so everything in your store doesn’t feel long enough in the arms or they’re all short shirts that go up my belly when I raise my arms. I also don’t care for the pilling on the 24/7 line of clothes. After a wash or two, the shirt looks like it’s several years old and went through 100 wash cycles.”

“Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!”

“I will continue to shop here because I love the lady that helped me. I was always told I was a double D. I had her measure me and I turn out to be an H.It was amazing to find bras that fit me.I forgot my wallet and came back to look also for underwear.The lady asked what I liked wearing.I replied with high waisted.Then another worker commented while laughing, “Do you like them under your breast. That high.”That comment threw me off because I don’t understand how that led to that comment.I replied with that I had to do high waisted due to a C section.For me I would have never made a comment like that that made someone feel uncomfortable or insecure about where they like to wear clothing items.”

“My shopping was a little disappointing since I could not find an associate in the Men’s department. So I did not know if my coupon would work on a belt. I just took a chance, went to checkout. I waited in line until it was my turn to check out. I got lucky the coupon worked. I would have been very upset if it did not ! Since I had no men’s associate to ask if my coupon would work. The men’s department was not even busy”

“They have the BEST staff ever! We drove from over an hour away to shop for clothes for an upcoming vacation. Everything we tried on looked great and it was hard to narrow our choices down. When we were checking out (at 8:30pm) we noticed that the mall was closed. We asked if it closed at 8pm. The staff said the mall had closed at 7pm! We felt awful. They didn't tell us they were closing in order to let us shop, and they were so helpful and accommodating while we shopped. They went above and beyond. We will forever be loyal customers of Torrid.”

“I went to Kohls with the intent to buy 2 outfits for my granddaughter, they did not have size 18 months at the store. Associate Kristina assisted me to order the outfits through the Kohls app on my phone and I did Not have to pay shipping charges. Kristina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the items I wanted. She made sure I filled out all the correct areas I needed to to insure I will receive the 2 outfits I want. Kristina is an asset to Kohl's Appleton North.”

“I had bought a pair of boots in Grand Rapids at boot barn, and within six months they started to fall apart. I live in Appleton, so I brought them to the Appleton boot barn and after some negotiation, the manager was able to get in contact with the Cody, James, boot dealer and refund The order. I got a gift card and was able to get some nice shirts and a jacket. Along with that order, I got a coupon and I wanted to pick up a hat so I went in the boot barn today. I was fumbling through the hats and Travis came over and helped me figure out exactly what size was right for me, and when they did not have the color in size, I was looking for in store he ordered it, along with dealing with several coupons and gift cards that are kind of a hassle. He happily helped me find exactly what I needed and was awesome to work with. I have had less than stellar experiences with other boot barn employees like the people I had to speak with before the manager made things right with my boots, but Travis changed my opinion on boot barn Appleton and I appreciate that about him. Thanks again Travis.”
