“This place is amazing and I’ll definitely be back, Kate or Katelyn (not sure) gave me excellent service and was very kind I wasn’t sure how these clothes would fit or look on me and she reassured me and told me I looked great. I was blown away by this level of kindness people are just the sweetest. I feel amazing now thanks to her kind words. Will be back !!”
“I have been shopping at this location often for 5+ years. I was frustrated with the pickup location being moved to the back of the store because I have 2 little ones that I bring in with me and it is supposed to be convenient. Now we have to walk through all the toys to get our “convenient” pickup. I was also frustrated because the app changed and there was no way for me to select “pick up” when I was there and ready to get my order with my little ones. I finally asked an employee, Brooklyn, and she was so helpful right away! We didn’t find it on the app but she pulled up my order on her end. THEN, my little guy was set on getting a toy and was having a breakdown when I reminded him we were not here to get toys. Brooklyn saw me struggling and was so sweet and offered to put it back on the shelf and “save” it for my little guy. He listened to her immediately. Brooklyn was so kind and attentive. She was so aware of the customers and what was going on around her. I’m not sure how much I will shop there now that the convenience part of my shopping experience is no longer convenient but thankful Brooklyn saved the day!”
“I've never really shopped the food section but today I went and I'm amazed. The veggies are fresh and everything was well organized. I found what I needed too! Which is dandelion leaves! Its very clean.”
“We have been going to Kohl’s for the longest time. Never had a bad experience or anything negative to say about any Kohl’s location. Speaking for myself at least and recent experience, I don’t know if this applies to all locations, but the Northland location has only one checkout line setup rather you are going to self checkout or registers. Me and my family were looking to use the self checkout one day and had asked the people in front of us if any of them were looking to use the self checkout if not we were going to politely pass. All of them said no, but one man didn’t seem to appreciate us cutting in line so he told us we should wait in line. Mind you that day was in fact busy the line was long so I understand the frustration of people cutting in line, but I just think if there was 2 separate lines one for self checkout and one for the registers it would be a lot easier, efficient and less angry people:)”
“Phenomenal store experience! Needed assistance with a trailer purchase, and Ken was absolutely outstanding! Provided a great amount of education and personal insight and I ended up buying a different trailer than originally planned, which turned out to be perfect! The cashier Denise was very helpful too - great store to buy from!”

“Great place for deals on pet foods, bulk candy/nuts, and specialty odd things ~ truckers work gloves, fire starter bricks, long underwear, lawn/garden, and holiday decore'. BUT make sure to look closely at pricing sometimes is great deals other times its their regular price w a sticker to look like its on sale ?”
“We've been coming to this store for decades. And I always purchase gift cards for my wife for Christmas and other special occasions. Huge choice of factory outlet type new items on the second floor. The price of shoes in this part of the store is incredibly low. All shoes under 30 dollars and many are down to 10 or 20.”
“Target is located on the backside of the mall. Took me a few minutes to find, but was able to find everything I needed, and the customer service was great with the help I had received when I needed to check stock on an item.”
“Good selection of meat, deli, produce, dairy, frozen and more. Nice option that part of town if you forget something, but doesn't have everything you'd need to do a full grocery trip. We love it for things we might forget on our main shopping day or last minute dinner ideas.”
“George in the Lawn and Garden area helped us out with a new Blackstone grill. He took his time and answered all our questions. Made sure we had all the accessories we needed and even helped with loading. Thanks George, the 1st breakfast on it was as awesome as you said it was going to be!!”

“I have been to JC PENNY In Appleton WI several times now. Every employee I was in contact with was very helpful, kind and knew what they were doing.
The store was nice and neat and the bathroom was clean.
The clearance areas, which are the most difficult areas to keep clean, were very well organized and neat.
The store wasn’t exceptionally busy, but every cash wrap that was open was maned by friendly, knowledgeable employees.
The only disappointment I encountered was when no one was available in the fine jewelry department.”

“This store is so organized (the picture was the only aisle without picturing people). The book aisle was so nicely organized it resembled book store shelves with categories and everything. The customers seem to respond to the staffs attentiveness keeping the store neat. There are also an unusually high amount of new with tag items. I will be back!”
“I have to say that I think Hollister is the one, and only, place the quality of merchandise is worth the price on the tag. The material is thicker, not to mention incredibly soft - who wouldn't feel good wearing that, and it holds up. I shop for my three sons, 18, 16, and 12. If I were skinnier, and 30 years younger, I'd shop here for myself. As it is, I do get to shop the girls side with my friend when shopping for her daughter. Great clothing as for style, but from a mom POV, great materials! The quality is what keeps me coming back. PLEASE, please don't ever give up your quality of materials!”
