A good selection here, still very well maintained for a large department store. The store is kept clean and the restrooms are generally reasonably kept up.
The store is mostly open mall hours it appears although it will occasionally be closed earlier in my experience.

We traveled an hour to get to Penny's. Love the store. Wish it was still in our town.
