“So first of all, NO, I did not buy not one of these items, but they looked interesting! Can you believe I actually didn't take a picture of what I really had?! I should say "we" because my husband and I shared for the most part. We had 2 fried chicken breasts and some potato wedges. I know from previous posts you're probably thinking, dang they eat unhealthy! Not always true, when we are out, we get things that we like. I had VSG (Gastric Sleeve) surgery so even the things we get I can only eat maybe a cup of it. Maybe a little more but that depends on what the food is. I mostly eat healthy at home and yes I can cook! Anyways.....the chicken breasts were juicy and the coating and skin was nice and crispy! Oh, I should tell you the name of the restaurant inside, it is called Chester's Fried Chicken. The potato wedges had a battered coating on it, which seemed floured? They were good, but I've eaten at a Chester's before and their wedges were seasoned. These did lack seasoning! Everything was decent, and might I add that the chicken breasts were HUGE! You get a lot of meat on them! It would have lasted me several meals! It was a long drive so we ended up wasting a lot of it unfortunately. We just couldn't eat all of their heavy portions, especially me! Besides the food at Chester's, this place was very clean and the people were really friendly! Makes me wish we had something like that here! My father-in-law did have some Apple Fritters that were in a box and he absolutely loved them! If we are up that way again, we will definitely stop by, and we will mention to others that it's a great place to stop if they go through there too! Very pleased!”

“Easy access to get gas. Decent food mart. A little off the beaten path of the new highway 10, but worth it especially if you need to stretch your legs out while you're getting gas. And with the subway right next door, very easy to grab a bite to eat if you like subs.”
