The jacket did not fit me as expected and I needed to exchange it. 88 gear worked with me through email correspondence to find a jacket that worked better for me and guided me through the exchange process. Their staff are super helpful and kind. The exchange was easy and I now have a jacket that I love that fits well and works well for what I need it to. Shipping was fast too.
