“I would like to recognize Rory D. in the warehouse at Fleet Farm in Beaver Dam for providing exceptional customer service.
I had purchased a garden dump cart as an 81st birthday gift for my sister. Before making the trip from Madison, I called the store on a Sunday and was assured that the cart would be fully assembled and ready for pickup when I arrived. I spent nearly 20 minutes looking for help in the store, but the cart had never been assembled and was still on the warehouse shelf.
When I explained the situation to Rory, he immediately stepped in to help. Even though he had only about 20 minutes left before the end of his shift, he brought over a forklift, retrieved the cart, and began assembling it himself. Rory stayed past his scheduled clock-out time to ensure the job was completed and that I could take the gift home that day.
Rory demonstrated exactly what it means to put the customer first. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a memorable one. Fleet Farm is fortunate to have an employee like Rory on its team.

“I was visiting my relatives in DeForest and our 2019 Honda Pilot Rear Driver side tire's pressure was very low. Upon their inspection, they did not find anything wrong with the tire and they simply inflated the tire. Despite their busy schedule due to low staffing, they fit me in, and they even changed the cap for valve stem and stayed after hours so I can pick up the car.In addition, the service was free of charge.Great service and I highly recommend this place.”
