“I love this gas station. I've been working out of town and stopping here basically every day and I got kisserie rewards too. So I've been yeah, so happy. The staff that we're here is so I love customer service. Good customer service is so hard to come by. And these guys nail it every single employee here should get a raise and a Pat on the back. They do such a good job and they're so pleasant and so polite. Thank you so much for bringing customer service back and doing such a stellar job at what you do and your pizza by far the bomb. Now case's pizza in general is probably some of the best pizza ever anywhere and I travel the entire country. So believe me when I say I know good pizza, but you guys here at this Casey's, oh my gosh, the best, the best Casey's pizza I've ever had. Thank you so much for being so good at what you do.It makes me happy if they come in there and give you my money.Thank you, thank you.Thank you”
“I have just been attended by Amanda at the Casey’s in Monticello, Wisconsin. She was helpful, kind, generous, and utterly genuine. She would not accept a tip, and when I asked if I could speak to her store manager to complement her service, she told me she WAS the store manager…
When I then asked if I could speak to a regional manager or something, she said that I could leave a comment on the website, which I am doing.
Thank you, Amanda, and thank you Casey’s for hiring such excellent staff. I have a long trip ahead of me, and will definitely drive the next couple of hours with a smile and a happy heart.”

“I just wanted to leave a review for Jude because she honestly made my shopping experience so much better. I had already asked a few different employees to help me find an item, and no one really seemed interested in helping. Then I came across Jude, and she immediately took the time to help me.
She was so kind, friendly, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She stayed with me until we found exactly what I was looking for, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping customers. Employees like her are hard to find these days.

“Great kwik trip but i have a problem with the car wash its exceptionally slow and always has a line why? Theres hundreds of better car washs that cheaper and so much faster”
