“THIS WAS 3RD VISIT . ED was able to fix problem and transfer data. Other visits went smooth too and I now have the Tools I need. I'm sorry I didn't post earlier but too much clear thinking. I now have worked through getting the system to recognize a new phone and programed apts. I need to online pay my bills, etc. THANKS TO A GROUP THAT WORKS WELL APART AND TOGETHER”
