“I was in this Verizon store to get the Pixel 10 a few months ago. There were some hiccups, but overall it worked out great all thanks to Jace. He knew all the info about the Pixels and the available deals, but more importantly his demeanor and his attitude were amazing. He was very professional while also being personable and seemed genuinely happy to be there to help and answer all my questions. That is such a rare thing to find in anyone working retail these days and was a pleasant surprise.
I’m holding on to Jace’s name for next time I need a new phone and I’m crossing my fingers he will still be at this Verizon store because he made the whole process so smooth and almost enjoyable.”
