Tonight - I am now a further concreted customer cause of customer service. The Verizon In Fitchburg in Cahill main (I believe that’s how you spell the road) the manger Dean was huge help. He operated efficiently, knowledgeable, and had me in and out with my request in less than 20 minutes.I have literally spent hours in Verizon before trying to accomplish the same thing.Thank you Dean for making this happen and getting my family on the road in time for our trip!!”
