“Today while heading home from northern Wisconsin I had a blowout on my boat trailer. I put my spare on and headed to Fleet Farm as it was on the way. I found the tire I needed in stock. I took the tire over to the auto shop to see if the could mount it on the rim. The young man at the counter said they had a full day but he would see what he could do. I left the rim and tire and said I would be right back as I needed to gas up the truck. I returned after getting gas and there it was. My rim and tire mounted and balanced! Thank guys, you way exceeded my expectations…”
“It's so much cheaper buying kerosene here in bulk than those overpriced little bottles you find in the store. Also a great stop for live bait and minnows which we have many fishing opportunities nearby.”

Once again I'm amazed at the costumer service! Im also impressed by the involvement this location has with current community circumstances! I spoke to Evett (store manager) she drove to Sheboygan yesterday evening to get more clear backpacks for kids in need in the area. She even gave me a phone call this morning to let me know they we're back in stock! There are some amazing considerate people that work at this location! Thank you all soo much!!!*

Very impressed by the customer service I received while shopping today. I noticed one woman working, walking around helping customers and greeting everyone she saw entering the store I believe her name was silverdy (not sure how to spell it). The store was very well stocked, things were easy to find and once again I accidentally filled a cart. Great place for Easter basket items!!”

“My boyfriend’s car decided it didn’t want to hold oil anymore. I came to Walmart to come get his oil and found that the 5 quart oil I needed to buy was not on the shelf. I asked a worker, Gilberto, if it would be possible to price match the single quart bottles to match the 5 quart since Walmart appeared to be out of it. He scanned it and said he would see first if he could find the 5 quart for me. He happily told me he would be right back and in a very short time he returned from a different part of the store with the oil I needed. He was a great example of wonderful customer service!”

“I find the majority of prices to be reasonable for household items. A few things that they consider vintage that are overpriced. Clothing prices in the boutique can be steep, but I try to only show boutique clearance or 1/2 off markdowns.”
“I had to get four new Michelin tires put on my vehicle and Mills Fleet Farm made the process very easy! I was already nervous about the fact I had to have it towed in and that my vehicle would have to sit at least one night there, but they assured me everything would be alright and they handled my ride with respect and care. Mills Fleet Farm also cares about your safety! They will re-torque your lug nuts within 100 miles of getting your fresh tires put on FREE OF CHARGE to make sure everything is good! I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and the peace of mind I received at Mills Fleet Farm when I needed quality tires put on my vehicle, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend going here if anyone is reading this and is still undecided.”

I had to have a prescription transferred to this Walmart from another state and the pharmacy employee was very helpful with having my prescription filled and ready when I arrived. I have ordered Walmart delivery multiple times and my order was always correct and delivered on time and often times before the expected arrival date. I wish more Walmarts had as great customer service as this one!”

“I visited the garden center of this Fleet Farm location on a Saturday afternoon. We live 90 miles outside of Green Bay, and it was not until returning home that I looked at the receipt and realized a couple items were rung up incorrectly. After contacting this particular location, I was instructed to bring my receipt to the store so that they could amend the transaction and issue a refund for the disparity.When we were back down in Green Bay on May 22, I brought my receipt to Customer Service. The customer service representative called Amanda Wamsley, the operations manager, and Amanda was at the customer service desk within just a couple of minutes.I showed Amanda my receipt, and explained that one item was a price check, but had not been removed, and that two flats of marigolds had rung up incorrectly. She listened very carefully and I requested that we walk outside the store so that I could show exactly what I had gotten and what the listed price was. I was very impressed with Amanda‘s pleasant demeanor, and willingness to listen to me as we walked out to the garden center.When we were walking back inside the store, Amanda continued to be very pleasant and professional, which I appreciated tremendously! I wanted to be certain to share my positive experience, so that other customers will know this is an excellent Fleet Farm location! Amanda truly went above and beyond!”
