“Great store, friendly staff but out of the 5 or 6 kiosks that could be used they only had 2 employees helping people therefore u wait for 50 minutes just to do anything, even a simple drop off of equipment that only takes 2 minutes. Bit ridiculous and needs to be fixed for quick seamless customer experience. Everyone in there was complaining as we all waited. Once your name was called they definitely knew what they were doing and got u fixed up....but the wait is a killer.”
