“The people on phone and in person in Janesville store were very helpful but corporate is not very helpful to the satellite stores. They are left in the dark with switchover coming. Satellite stores are force to sit in store without phones to help local customers. You would think simce May 1 was the cut off/start of switchover, in my opinion very poor corporate customer service. Do better T-Mobile/US cellular!”
