“I recently switched from US Cellular to Verizon, and Trevor made the entire experience so smooth and stress-free! He walked me through every step of the process, helped me with my phone trade-in, and made sure I was getting the best value and plan for my needs, as well as some other accessories I was interested in. Trevor was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly the whole time. There was a customer who was extremely loud and rude to others waiting in line and being helped and he handled it very professionally and I appreciated the fact they didn't let it go ignored. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything and never made me feel rushed, even. though I forgot my passwords to accounts and it took a little longer on my side. Customer service like this is EXTREMELY hard to find!! If you're thinking about switching carriers, definitely go see Trevor at Verizon!”

“I survived a nightmarish experience with deactivating an old phone which got broken, cracked, and dropped into a fresh bowl of toilet water...I think I should have flushed it! I received zero help from the store it was purchased through in 2017. When countless people told me to go to Cricket...I did. And...what a fabulous help and outstanding customer service, above & beyond excellent. Miguel is the man to see at the Cricket store on Prairie ave. “I came in with an issue of downloading photos. I went to several places trying to download the photos. But for whatever reason. I couldn't get it done.
I saw Ryan at Ubreakifix. He quickly discovered the reason that I was having trouble. He showed me exactly how to download the photos. We worked together. And before you knew it everything was good.
And to my surprise. He didn't charge me anything.
I had been trying to get these pictures downloaded for 5 months. He had a solution within less than 1 hour.”
