“Came in for an issue looking to get my account unfrozen and closed, 1-800 chase numbers and executive dragged their feet and refused to unlock my accounts even though I was the victim! But Sherry and all of the other staff were beyond helpful and polite, they did their best as a branch to apologize to me and make things right. Other Chase bank branches and executives should admire and look up to the Antioch location as an example of good bank customer service, especially Sherry for doing everything she could to do the right thing. Even though I was frustrated with chase I was not angered anymore after the service provided at this branch. They stayed open almost an hour just to make things right and I’ve gone to over 6 branches who were of no help. Thank you all so very much for your help, especially Sherry!”

“Teressa Olsen was very accommodating to help with our fathers account after he had passsed away. She was extremely proficient in knowing what needed to be done and how to do it. While waiting for my appointment I was greeted by every person working at the bank. Working for a large financial institution myself it was a reminder of what a brick and mortar branch means to the community.
