I used to live in the old farm house that was on this location before the current building was built and we had two child ghosts we called Billy and Sally, as well as a tall shadow being that would stalk the house at night. “This review isn’t going towards First Citizens itself but to the manager Ed at this branch. When I noticed that all of my money had been taken out of my account due to fraud I was almost in tears. Ed had assured me he would do whatever he could to get it back in that night. I could tell how serious he was taking this and just how important it was to him. He even gave me his personal number if something were to happen and I needed immediate help. He called me every hour updating me with what he was working on and stayed late to make sure I had my money back.
