“This is my "go-to" branch even though others may be physically closer. The staff turnover is low, so tellers and bankers quickly greet you by name and, since they already "know their customer", quickly can dispense from ID checks etc with repeat clients. It is beneficial to have a NATIONAL SCOPE bank; this is as close to "relationship banking" the average schmo is going to get to with such a behemoth.”
