“I am shocked to be leaving a 5-star review for Walmart, but after my initial pick up order had items missing, I got outstanding service from Mariah when I called to let them know about the order. She went through each item with me (it was a large order for an Open House) and made sure that I got everything. I was even able to schedule a last minute pick-up after 9pm to make sure I got everything. If anything needed to be substituted, she communicated clearly and was very helpful and kind. I have rarely experienced this level of service at any Walmart, and I was so impressed by this associate that I had to leave a positive review.”
