“It's a little older style gas station but still has a lot to offer I was out of gas and didn't have a hat on and it was cold out and I found it very convenient that they sold winter hats and gloves. They were a little expensive but worth it ☺️”

“We came to Chetek to go fishing for a week with my cousin who has been coming here for many years now! Of course in order to legally go fishing we needed a fishing license so we came here the day we arrived to get that taken care of. My wife and I both needed to get an out-of-state license so we answered all of their questions to fill out the form, paid the fee, and left with our fishing licenses. We also got some bait so we could get started immediately! Staff here were very helpful and friendly taking care of what we wanted. They have a good selection of bait and tackle.”

While getting him cleaned up I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they sold shirts because my boy had an accident. He looked all around and when he couldn't find one he gave us his own undershirt off his back. I didn't catch his name but if there is any chance he can see this....Thank You from the deepest part of a Mama's heart for your kindness.”
