“I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. “Needed an estimate to fix the front end of my car. After calling around, I finally called caliber. Glad I did. I spoke with Alex, and he was very helpful, not only did he explain how my car could be even more damaged than what I could see, but he explained how they would deal with my insurance, if I claimed it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend this location for fixing your car due to driving mishaps. Alex was very patient with my questions and made sure I understood what my car needed done and what my insurance would need.”
“While on a road trip a tire tread hit our bumper and we lost the tow hook cover. Went to Heiser for a replacement and to color match the part. Super simple, order, paint replace. Got a call and they just happened to have the exact part from a repair job just hanging out and they offered it me free of charge. Wow, I was blown away, thank you so much.
